La branche grince et craque. Lentement, le foret s&rsquo;enfonce plus profond\u00e9ment dans le bois, comme un tire-bouchon dans un bouchon. Des \u00e9clats de bois tombent de l&rsquo;\u00e9tau dans lequel le bois est maintenu. Lothar continue de tourner avec pr\u00e9cautions. Philipp, un participant, est assis \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de lui en position accroupie et surveille le dessous de la branche ; celle-ci ne doit en aucun cas se casser. Et puis ce qui devait arriver arriva : un craquement, un grincement, la pointe du foret \u00e9merge de la branche, et du bois se d\u00e9tache \u00e0 droite et \u00e0 gauche du trou de per\u00e7age. \u00ab Oh mince \u00bb, s&rsquo;exclame Philipp. Mais Lothar sourit calmement : \u00ab Pas de probl\u00e8me. C&rsquo;est comme \u00e7a quand on travaille \u00e0 la main et sans appareils \u00e9lectriques \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Il a l\u2019habitude : Lothar Wilhelm, sociologue de formation, s\u2019int\u00e9resse depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;artisanat traditionnel du bois et \u00e0 la for\u00eat. Depuis plus de 20 ans, il fabrique toutes sortes de choses en bois, en utilisant presque exclusivement des outils qui fonctionnent sans \u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, il partage ses connaissances au c\u0153ur de la r\u00e9serve de biosph\u00e8re du Bliesgau, \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la ville baroque de Blieskastel, dans le cadre du projet WaldWerken. Les participants enl\u00e8vent ensuite l\u2019\u00e9corce du bois vert, qui s\u00e8che jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la fin de l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9. Puis vient la construction \u00e0 proprement parler. \u00ab Le premier jour, nous construisons la partie arri\u00e8re de la chaise, le deuxi\u00e8me jour, la partie avant et nous relions les deux ensemble, et le troisi\u00e8me jour, nous tissons le si\u00e8ge et assurons la stabilit\u00e9 \u00bb, explique l\u2019artisan. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 partir de l\u00e0 qu&rsquo;ils ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de \u00ab shinrin yoku \u00bb, qui se traduit par for\u00eat et baignade et qui est maintenant pratiqu\u00e9 ici en Allemagne \u00bb, explique-t-il. \u00ab Aussi, les Japonais veulent faire beaucoup de choses \u00e0 la main par principe, \u00e0 cause de leur philosophie et de leur esth\u00e9tique, et cela ferme la boucle du projet WaldWerken, des choses simples de la vie. Pour moi aussi, le luxe r\u00e9side dans la simplicit\u00e9, dans le fait de travailler avec des outils \u00e0 bois plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;avec des machines \u00bb. M\u00eame les outils qu&rsquo;il utilise dans ses cours ont \u00e9t\u00e9 construits au Japon. Mais Lothar ne s\u2019y est jamais rendu. \u00ab Je ne suis pas un voyageur passionn\u00e9, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re rester ici, dans ma for\u00eat \u00bb, dit-il en souriant.<\/p>\n<p>Les participants partagent sa passion pour l&rsquo;artisanat et la for\u00eat. Lui et Philipp sont toujours en train de chercher la bonne technique de per\u00e7age. \u00ab \u00c7a-y-est, on a trouv\u00e9 une solution \u00bb, s&rsquo;exclame Philipp. Avec pr\u00e9cautions, il p\u00e9n\u00e8tre avec la perceuse manuelle dans une branche. Elle grince et craque jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la perceuse soit \u00e0 mi-chemin. \u00ab Stop \u00bb, dit Markus, \u00ab maintenant on la retourne \u00bb.
